DEITEMEYER, a Single Person, and the surviving spouse <br />of Robert R. Deitemeyer, Deceased, GRANTOR, in consideration of <br />Correction of Title and Warranty Deed dated July 1, 1980 and <br />filed as Instrument No. 80- 003495, conveys to GRANTEE, 3 -D <br />INVESTMENT, INC., a Corporation, the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />A tract of land located in the NEh of Section 36, <br />Township 10 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: Commencing at the East h Corner of said <br />Section 36; thence N00.001E (assumed bearing) along the <br />East line of said Section 36 and the centerline of a <br />County Road, a distance of 405.41 feet; thence <br />N90.00'W, a distance of 33.0 feet to a point on the <br />West right of way line of said County Road said point <br />also being the Point of Beginning; thence continuing <br />N90.001W, a distance of 400.00 feet; thence N00.00'E a <br />distance of 446.37 feet to a point on the Southerly <br />right of way line of Interstate #80; thence <br />S69.54'50 "E, a distance of 425.9 feet along said <br />Southerly right of way line of Interstate #80; thence <br />S00.00'W along the said West right of way line of a <br />County Road, a distance of 300.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />No documentary stamps required. This deed given for the purpose <br />of correcting the Warranty Deed dated July 1, 1980, and filed as <br />Instrument No. 80- 003495, which erroneously described the above <br />described real estate as being located in Township 11. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) <br />with GRANTEE that GRANTOR: <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that <br />it is free from encumbrances; subject to existing <br />easements and restrictions of record, if any; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey <br />the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate <br />against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />Executed: June _(' 1986 <br />Jean S.
