<br />THAT Samuel R. Pierce, Jr. , Secretary of Housing and Urban Development,

<br />other valuable considerations in hand paid, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey

<br />TOGETHER WITH all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunro helongins;,
<br />and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoeve, ,,f the said
<br />Grantor, of, in, or to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />IT BEING the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of
<br />either of said Grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real estate described herein
<br />shall vest in the surviving Grantee.

<br />said Grantees as Joint tenants, and not as tenants in common, and to rheir assigns, or
