<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That the undersigned, EDWARD J. KONAT and MARY KONAT, husband
<br />and wife, do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint THOMAS J.
<br />DOLTON, now residing in Grand Island, Nebraska, their true and
<br />lawful attorney in fact for us and in our name, place, and stead,
<br />and for our use and benefit, to deal with property described as
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Seventy One (71), Original
<br />Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for us and in our
<br />name, to make, execute, and deliver, to bargain, contract, agree
<br />for, purchase, receive, and take, all or any interest in said
<br />property, to execute all deeds and other assurances, to sell and
<br />convey all and any interest in said real estate as we might do
<br />upon such terms and conditions and under such covenants as he
<br />shall think fit, specifically granting to our attorney in fact
<br />the right to sign., seal, execute, deliver, and acknowledge such
<br />deeds and such other instruments in writing of whatsoever kind
<br />and nature as may be necessary or proper in the premises.
<br />I further give my attorney in fact full power and authority
<br />to do and perform every act necessary, requisite or proper to
<br />be done in or about the premises as fully as I might or could
<br />do if personally present with full power of substitution and re-
<br />vocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all my said attorney
<br />shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
<br />This Power of Attorney shall be effective on .June 1, 1986,
<br />and shall terminate on June 1, 1988.
