Bethune, husband and <br />wife, on the 29th day of April, 1985, to the Plaintiff, and that <br />said Mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 2nd day of <br />May, 1985, as Document No. 85- 002121. <br />Plaintiff claims there is now due Eighteen Thousand Seven <br />Hundred Six and 21/100 Dollars ($18,706.21) in principal, plus <br />accumulated interest on said mortgage Note and the Mortgage dated <br />December 4, 1981, and the sum of Six Thousand Three Hundred One <br />and 75/100 Dollars ($6,301.75) in principal, plus accumulated <br />interest on the Mortgage Note and the Mortgage dated April 29, <br />1985, and it pras for the sale of the real estate above described <br />to satisfy the amounts found due on the Mortgages, together with <br />interest, costs and expenses of suit and to foreclose the said <br />Defendants from all rights title, interest, lien, claim, demand <br />and equity of redemption, whatever in and to said real estate and <br />appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further <br />relief as to the Court may seem just and equitable. <br />Dated this ( g'a`r' of July, 1986- <br />1tOMF.
