<br />I, Ella Luth, of Grand island, Nebraska, make, constitute and appoint my son,
<br />Kenneth Luth, of Grand Island, Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney in fact for M
<br />and in my name, place and stead, on my behalf, and for my use and benefit:
<br />1. To deposit in my name and for my account with any bank or other financial institution
<br />all moneys payable or belonging to me, including checks and all other camnercial instruments,
<br />and to sign my name and endorse all documents for deposit or collection or any other purpose
<br />deemed necessary by my attorney in fact.
<br />2. To withdraw all moneys deposited with any bank or other financial institutions having
<br />moneys belonging to me and to draw checks in my name, sign withdrawal slips and execute any
<br />other instruments necessary for withdrawing moneys belonging to me.
<br />3. To sell, transfer, exchange, mortgage, encumber by security agreement, mortgage or any
<br />Other fain of encumbrance, or otherwise dispose of or encumber any of my property, including
<br />real estate and personal property, and to execute and deliver deeds, including deeds of
<br />warranty, contracts, bills of sale, mortgages, security agreements and other documents
<br />necessary to act in carrying out these powers.
<br />4. To rent, repair, maintain and insure real estate and personal property.
<br />5. To collect, sue, compromise or otherwise dispose of any claim or debt due or payable to
<br />me, and to pay, co:npranise or otherwise discharge and secure releases fran ary obligations
<br />or claims owed to me.
<br />6. To hold, manage, invest, reinvest, trade, change, buy and sell investment securities
<br />nor owned by me or acquired later by ray attornfy in fact for me.
<br />7. To lease, rent, mare, to thinaU? leases, Contract as to, and generally deal in and use
<br />all of ny real estate and interests in real estate, upon covenants, conditions, terms and
<br />,provisions my attorney in fact shall determine, in the sole discretion of my attorney in
<br />fact for my best interests, receive and collect all rents and all utter amqunts due me as
<br />security for the faithful performance of leases and all rents due and payable to me, and
<br />execute all necessary docurhrnts and other papers pertaining to my real estate.
<br />To exercise or perPum any act, power, duty, right or obligation whatsoever that I now
<br />have, or may hereafter accZyire the legal right, pxner, or capacity to exercise or perform,
<br />relatiry to any person, item, transaction, thing, business property, real or personal,
<br />tangible or intangible, ur ratter whatsoever.
<br />This Power of Attorney shall not be affected }sf liry disability as principal. I reserve
<br />the right to revoke this Power of Attornt -} in writing.
<br />A photocopy of this Power of Attorney has the srrE force and effect as the original
