<br />You are hereby notified that on i- 2 1986, The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against the above -named Defendants, the object and
<br />prayer of which is to foreclose real estate mortgages on the follow-
<br />ing described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Westerly Sixty -nine (69) Feet of
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block One (1) , in
<br />Westerhoff's First Subdivision, in the
<br />City of Grand Islar-, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />one given by the Defendants Kopys,,n.sky on or about May 26, 1976,
<br />to the above named Plaintiff, and t_., said mortqage was duly re-
<br />corded in the Office of the Reqister of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 76- 002869, and one given by Defendants
<br />Kopystynsky on or about March 24, 1981, to the above named Plain-
<br />tiff, and that said mGrtgaae was recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 81-
<br />001443.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on the first Bond
<br />and Mortgage given by the Defendants the sum of $36,942.15, in-
<br />cluding interest computed to and including July 31, 1986, and
<br />with interest accruing at the rate of $8.84 per diem commencing
<br />August 1, 1986; that there is now due on the second Bond and
<br />Mortgage given by the Defendants the sum of $18,046.27, and with
<br />interest accruing at the rate of $5.72 per diem commencing
<br />August 1, 1966, and for other additional costs and advances
<br />necessary to protect the real estate security during these pro-
<br />ceedings, and praying for the sale of the real estate above
<br />described to satisfy the .ar;ounts found due on its Bonds and Mort-
<br />gages, interest and costs.
