<br />THAT DENNIS C. FOOTE and MARY KATHLEEN FOOTE, husband and
<br />wife, mortgagors, of Hall County, in State of Nebraska, in consider-
<br />ation of the sum of THIRTY -TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($32,000.00) in
<br />hand paid, do hereby sell and convey unto EDITH A. LEWIS, mortgagee,
<br />of Hall County, in State of Nebraska, the following-described
<br />premises situated in Hall County, in State of :iebraska, to wit:
<br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST
<br />QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY SIX (26),
<br />TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF
<br />THE 6TH P.M. IN HALL COUNTY, ;NEBRASKA, MORE
<br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Beginning at a
<br />point on the West line of said Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW 1/4), said point being Forty Five (45.0) feet
<br />north of the southwest corner of said Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW 1/4); thence easterly parallel to the
<br />south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4),
<br />also being the northerly right -of -way line of the
<br />county road, a distance of nine hundred eighteen
<br />(918.0) feet; thence northerly parallel to the
<br />west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), a
<br />distance of three hundred (300.0) feet; thence
<br />westerly parallel to the south line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), a distance of n4•.-
<br />hundred eighteen (918.0) feet, to the west ne of
<br />said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence sou heriv
<br />along the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW
<br />1/4) a distance of three hundred (300.0) feet,
<br />the place of beginning and containing 6.:322 acres
<br />more or less
<br />the intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee
<br />simple including all the rights of homestead and dower.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, with
<br />all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said mortgagee
<br />and to her heirs and assigns, forever, provided always, and these
<br />presents are upon the express condition that if the aforesaid
<br />mortgagors, their heirs, executory, assigns, or survivors shall pay
<br />or cause to be paid to said mortgagee, her heirs, executors,
<br />administrators or assigns the sum of THIRTY -TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS
<br />($32,000.00) with interest thereon at the rate of nine and one -half
<br />(9 1/2) percent simple interest per annum, payable in equal monthly
<br />installments of FOUR HUNDRED FOURTEEN DOLLARS AND 07/100 ($414.07)
<br />beginning on August 1, 1986, and continuing thereafter for one
<br />hundred nineteen (119) consecutive months, until the balance is
<br />paid in full, all according to the tenor and effect of a certain
<br />Promissory Note of said DENNIS C. FOOTE and MARY KATHLEEN FOOTE
<br />bearing even date with these presents, and shall pay all taxes and
<br />assessments levied upon said real estate, and all other taxes,
<br />levies and assessments levied upon this mortgage or the note which
<br />this mortgage is given to secure, before the same become delinquent
<br />and keep the building on said premises insured for the sum of
<br />THIRTY -TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($32,000.00), loss, if any, payable to
<br />the said mortgagee, then these presents to be void or otherwise to
<br />be and remain in full force. Mortgagors hereby agree to provide
<br />the mortgagee with a certificate of insurance providing for such,
<br />issued by a company suitable to the mortgagee.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED that if the said mortgngors shall
<br />fail to pay such taxes or procure such insurance, the vlid
<br />mortgagee any pay such taxes and procure such insurance; and the
