<br />That LINDA L. DAVIS, formerly Linda D. Fisher, a single
<br />woman, Grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and
<br />confirm unto THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND

<br />Pleasant Home Subdivision of Part.of the East
<br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (E }SED of
<br />Section Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth (6th)
<br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
<br />to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of
<br />homestead, claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or
<br />any part thereof, in consideration of the full cancellation and
<br />satisfaction of the mortgage to The Equitable Building and Loan

<br />Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly
<br />made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other Z
<br />than this Deed between Grantor and Grantee, with respect to said Po
