<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That CLARENCE E. FISHER and ROGENE M. FISHER, husband and
<br />wife, Grantors, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and

<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
