The Petitioner was present in Court and was repre- <br />sented by her attorney, Vince Dowding. The Respondent was present <br />in Court and was represented by his attorney, John Wolf. Both <br />parties presented evidence to the Court. The Property Settlement <br />Agreement was marked as Exhibit 1 and was received by the Court. <br />Upon due consideration, the COURT FINDS AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The marriage between the parties is irretrievably <br />broken and the marriage is hereby dissolved. <br />2. Custody of the minor children, visitation rights, <br />child support payments, division of property, Court costs, and <br />attorney fees are all ordered in strict accordance with the <br />Property Settlement Agreement which is attached to this Decree and <br />is hereby ,Made a part of this Decree as though set out fully <br />herein. Both parties are hereby ordered to comply with the Property <br />Settlement Agreement which is made a part of this Decree.
