Blackburn, being first duly sworn upon oath, <br />states that he is the successor trustee under the Deed of Trust <br />wherein Robert L. Berry and Elizabeth J. Berry are beneficiaries, <br />which Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 16, 1986, as document <br />#83- 006589; and that on June 20, 1986, he mailed a copy of the <br />Notice of Default with the recording date shown thereon (document <br />#86- 103329) to the following parties at the following addresses <br />by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid: <br />Bradley C.
