AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />86-- 103365 <br />William G. Blackburn, being first duly sworn upon oath, <br />states that he is the successor trustee under the Deed of Trust <br />wherein Robert L. Berry and Elizabeth J. Berry are beneficiaries, <br />which Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 16, 1986, as document <br />#83- 006589; and that on June 20, 1986, he mailed a copy of the <br />Notice of Default with the recording date shown thereon (document <br />#86- 103329) to the following parties at the following addresses <br />by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid: <br />Bradley C. Menke and Marilyn J. Menke <br />2410 South Brahma , <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />Superior Mortgage, Inc. RECORDERS MEMO: -C <br />2121 No. Webb Road <br />191 , f ��� of Deeds Rez. <br />Grand Island, NE 68803 <br />Goldome Realty Credit Corp. <br />205 Park Club Lane <br />P. O. Box 9000 <br />Buffalo, New York 14 -21 -9000 <br />Affiant further states that each communication was properly <br />stamped with sufficient postage and deposited in the post office <br />or some subdivision of the postal department where mail may properly <br />and legally be deposited for collection and transmissica. <br />Affiant further states that after diligent investigation and <br />inquiry, he was unable to ascertain and does not know the post <br />office address of any other party appearing to have a direct legal <br />interest in said Deed of Trust other than those to whom notice has <br />been mailed in writing. <br />William G.
