As used herein: <br />Mortgage means: That Real Estate Mortgage dated <br />September 15, 1983, and recorded as Document No. 83- 004974 <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Real Estate means: The real estate covered by that <br />mortgage, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1), Desch Subdivision, being a part of the <br />East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E')ISEh), in Section <br />Twenty -five (25), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten <br />(10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />For valuable consideration, H. William Desch, Jr. and <br />Jean B. Desch, do hereby agree that the Mortgage is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />(A) The paragraph designated as "(1)" therein <br />relating to the tenancy of Desch -Paine Monuments, Inc. is <br />hereby deleted ar4 declared to be of no further force or <br />effect. <br />(B) The following sentence is hereby added to the <br />paragraph designated as "(2)" in the Mortgage: "Mortgagors' <br />tenant may procure the insurance required by this paragraph, <br />but the primary obligation to do so shall be Mortgagors' <br />obligation." <br />In all other respects the Mortgage is and remains in <br />full force and effect. <br />Executed this /-r 1 day of December, 1985. <br />H.
