NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 86_ 103329
<br />WHEREAS, Bradley C. Menke and Marilyn J. Menke, husband and
<br />wife, as trustors, on December 4, 1983, made, executed and delivered
<br />to William H. Riley, as trustee, a Deed of Trust covering the
<br />following described property, to-wit:
<br />Lot Twenty -Three (23) in Block Two (2) in Southern
<br />Acres Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was given as security for the
<br />payment of a certain note on the same day by Bradley C. Menke
<br />and Marilyn J. Menke, husband and wife, to Robert L. Berry and
<br />Elizabeth J. Berry, as joint tenants, or their order, the bene-
<br />ficiaries of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was re-
<br />corded on December 16, 1983, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as document #83- 006589; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Robert L. Berry and Elizabeth J. Berry, husband
<br />and wife, beneficiaries, appointed William G. Blackburn, a member
<br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as successor trustee, under
<br />said Deed of Trust on April 2, 1986, by document recorded on
<br />April 8, 1986, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as document #86- 101729; and
<br />WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation for which the trust
<br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, .to -wit: Bradley
<br />C. Menke and Marilyn J. Menke, husband and wife, have wholly
<br />failed, neglected and refused to pay any principal, or interest
<br />due on the above- referred note to the beneficiary since August, 1985.
<br />THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned
<br />successor trustee at the request of the beneficiaries, and in
<br />consequence of said default, has elected to sell, or cause to
<br />be sold, the above- described real estate to satisfy said obli-
<br />gation.
