SEVERANCE AGREEMENT

<br />The undersigned, Gertrude Bauer, being first duly sworn
<br />upon oath, deposes and says:
<br />1. She is the sole owner of the East Half of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (E1 /2NE1 /4), Section Twenty -one (21),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and she is the wwner of the
<br />Northwest �4uarter (N410of Section 22-9-91, Hall Co., Nebraska.
<br />2. Gertrude Bauer has been renting the above described
<br />real estate to Edward Bauer and Myrna Bauer, husband and
<br />wife.
<br />3. By prior arrangement with the undersigned Gertrude
<br />Bauer, Edward Bauer and Myrna Bauer, husband and wife, at
<br />their sole expense, erected upon the above described real
<br />estate (i) a 27' grain bin, (ii) a 36' grain bin, and (iii)
<br />a hog farrowing house. The expense of this installation was
<br />borne solely by Edward Bauer and Myrna Bauer, husband and
<br />wife.
<br />4. It was and is agreed by and between Gertrude Bauer
<br />and Edward Bauer and Myrna Bauer, husband and wife, that the
<br />above described 27' grain bin, 36' grain bin, and hog farrow-
<br />ing house, and each of them separately, shall be and remain
<br />personal property even though they are located on and
<br />attached to the real estate. Edward Bauer and Myrna Bauer,
<br />husband and wife, shall have full right and authority as the
<br />owners of said personal property to remove the same from the
<br />real estate at any time.
<br />S. In the event that the tenancy of Edward Bauer and
<br />Myrna Bauer, husband and wife, in the above described real
<br />estate is not continued, then upon the termination of such
<br />tenancy Edward Bauer and Myrna Bauer, husband and wife,
<br />shall have a reasonable time within which to remove the
<br />above described personal property. If that personal property
<br />is not removed from the real estate within a reasonable time
<br />after the termination of the tenancy of Edward Bauer and
<br />Myrna Bauer, husband and wife, then they shall forfeit their
<br />right to remove the personal property. In the event of such
<br />forfeiture Gertrude Bauer shall not be liable to Edward
<br />Bauer and Myrna Bauer, husband and wife, for any maintenance,
<br />carekeeping or expense of said personal property.
<br />6. It is further understood and agreed that in the
<br />event that Edward Bauer and Myrna Bauer, husband and wife,
<br />do remove the personal property from the real estate that
<br />they shall be required to replace the .real estate in the
<br />same condition that it was in prior to the installation of
<br />the said personal property.
<br />7. This Agreement shall be binding upon Gertrude
<br />Bauer, her heirs, grantees, administrators, personal repre-
<br />sentatives and assigns.
