LEPIN, husband and Wife—,;, <br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of THIRTY -SIX THOUSAM AND <br />NO 1100 DOLLARS '($36,000.00) received from Grantees, do grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto LAMAR C. LEPIN and , <br />CAROLINE K. LEPIN, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right <br />of survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein called the=y <br />Grantees, the following- described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Five (5), Bartelt Second Subdivision of <br />Part of Lots Seven (7), Fourteen (14), <br />Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), and Eighteen (18) <br />of the County Subdivision of part of the <br />South Half (S}) of Section Five (5), Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, in the <br />Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above - described premises <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or <br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />together <br />thereto <br />to the <br />Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, <br />conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; <br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />Dated `/- n' 1986. <br />STATEMENT ATTACHED <br />—'-- <br />Richard L.
