President. <br />The Parties may, by notice given as aforesaid, change the address <br />or names to which subsequent notices, consents, elections or <br />demands are to be sent to it. <br />ARTICLE XIJ <br />TERMINATION OPTION <br />Section 14.1. 30, 40, 50 and 60 Year Option. If the Owner <br />of Lot 2 decides it is not prudent to maintain the Parking Garage <br />for the entire Term of the Lot 2 Lease, then upon the thirtieth <br />(30), fourtieth (40), fiftieth (50) and sixtieth (60) year anni- <br />versary of the date of this Lease, the Owner of Lot 2 shall have <br />ninety (90) days to either: <br />Option (a) commence demolition of the Parking Garage located <br />on Lots 2 and 3 and provide within one hundred and fifty <br />(150) days of the start of demolition the same number of <br />hard - surface parking stalls on Lot 2 for the use of the <br />Tenant of Lot 2 which shall keep the Lease on Lot 2 in full <br />force and effect; provided the Owner of Lot 2 has secured <br />the written permission from the Owner of Lot 3 to demolish <br />the Parking Garage; or <br />Option (b) terminate this Lease on Lot 2 but not on Lot 1 <br />and pay to the Tenant of Lot 2 the "Damages" as defined as <br />follows: <br />-35- <br />
