86- 10328 3 <br />Section 9.3. Mutual Release of Liability for Hazards <br />- Covered by Insurance. The Tenant of Lot 2 and the Owner of Lots <br />2 and 3- hereby mutually release and discharge each other from all <br />claims and liabilities arising from or caused by any hazard <br />covered by insurance under Section_ 9.1 in connection with prop- <br />erty on or activities associated with the Parking Garage, regard - <br />less of the cause of the damage or loss. The Tenant of Lot 1, <br />Tenant of Lot 2 and Owner of Lots 1, 2 and 3 hereby mutually <br />release and discharge each other from all claims and liabilities <br />arising from or caused by any hazard covered by the insurance <br />under Section 9.2 in connection with property on or activities <br />associated with the preconstruction, construction, maintenance, <br />repair or operation of the Parking Garage and Parking Lot, <br />regardless of the cause of the damage. <br />Section 9.4. General Contractors. During the construction <br />of the Parking Lot and Parking Garage, the Landlord will require <br />all its general contractors to carry (a) Builder's Risk, in the <br />full amount of the construction project for all risk perils with <br />$1,000 deductible paid by the general contractors on a completed <br />value form; (b) Comprehensive General Liability; (c) Comprehen- <br />sive Automobile Liability Insurance covering all owned and non- <br />owned automobiles; (d) Statutory Workmen's Compensation and (e) <br />an additional one million dollar umbrella policy. The general <br />contractor's insurance policies shall name the Owners and Tenants <br />of Lots 1, 2 and 3 as named insured for the Builder's Risk <br />insurance as described in Subsection (a) above.
