QUANDT,' a single person, herein called the <br />Grantor, in consideration of FIFTY -TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND <br />NO1100 DOLLARS ( ;52,500:00) received from Grantees, does grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto LOYAL A. QUANDT and <br />LORENE H.
