Miller to Superior Mortgage, Inc., recorded as Document <br />No. 82- 004537, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, which <br />Mortgage was assigned to Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund and filed on October 29, <br />1982, as Document No. 82- 004659, and the Note secured thereby.
