�-�'• 103109 <br />CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED <br />The Yancey Condominium Association, Inc.. a Nebraska nonprofit corpo- <br />ration, GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable <br />consideration, received from GRANTEE, Devco Investment Corporation, a <br />Nebraska corporation, quitclaims and conveys to GRANTEE, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />Condominium Unit 001 and Condominium Unit 002, The <br />Yancey, a Condominium, a condominium in accordance with <br />the Declaration recorded on October 17, 1984, under <br />Document No. 84- 005507 of County of Hall, State of <br />Nebraska, records. <br />This Corporation quitclaim Deed shall constitute the agreement as re- <br />quired by Section 76 -870 of the Nebraska Uniform Condominium Act to convey <br />certain Class "A "- Limited Property, Class "B"- Limited Property, and Class <br />"C" Property as described as Unit 001 and Unit 002 in the Amendment to <br />Declaration of The Yancey, a Condominium, dated as of March 1, 1986 and <br />recorded as Instrument No. 86- 103108 in the County of Hall, State <br />-, <br />of Nebraska, records.
