0a • 103072 <br />and three hundred seventy -nine and four - tenths (379.4) <br />feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; <br />thence East on a line three hundred seventy -nine and <br />four tenths (379.4) feet North of and oarailel to the <br />South line of said Lot 1 a distance of eight (8) feet <br />to the East line of said Lot 1; thence South on the <br />East line of said Lot 1 a distance of three hundred <br />seventy -nine and four - tenths (379.4) feet to the ooint <br />of beginning, containing 3,537.6 square feet, all as <br />shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference; <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress <br />and egress under and across such land for the ourpose of exercis- <br />ing the rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of trees, <br />roots, brush, and other obstructions from the surface of such <br />tract, and to remove and replace fences and driveways.
