CONSTRUCTION COST LIEN <br />ss-- 102987 <br />James R. Ford and Louise M. Ford , <br />husband and wife, LIENEES, for securing the payment of the net <br />construction charge of s 817.00 as set out in Paragraph IV of <br />the Irrigation Electric Power Service Agreement entered into by and <br />between Southern Nebraska Rural Public Power District, LIENOR, and <br />LIENEES darted February , 19& 6 . Account/Well Number 11999 <br />mortgage and encumber to Southern Nebraska Rural Public Power District <br />the following described real estate: <br />The Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 12 North, Range 12, West of the <br />6th P.M., Hail. County, Nebraska, Less and Excepting Therefrom that Part of Said <br />Northeast Quarter Previously Conveyed by warranty Deed E%ated July 20, 1981, <br />and Recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds as Document Number 81- 004367. <br />This Construction Cost Lien is given to secure payment of the net <br />construction charge described above. <br />Paragraph IV of the Irrigation Electric Power Service Agreement <br />described above provides time is of the essence and if default is made <br />in payment of any annual installment of the net construction charge, <br />Southern Nebraska Rural Public Power District may declare the entire <br />unpaid amount of the construction charge immediately due and payable. <br />If LIENEES default in the payment of any annual installment of the <br />net construction charge as required by Paragraph IV of the Electric <br />Power Service Agreement described above, LIENOR may declare the entire <br />debt secured by this Construction Coat Lien immediately due and payable <br />and foreclose this Construction Cost Lien in the same manner as the <br />foreclosure of a mortgage under the statute& of Nebraska. <br />Dated: �t�•'_ 198 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA, COUNTY OF <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me this <br />by <br />and F, /} .__, husband and wife, LIENEES. <br />Tti0MAS A EF7E E R.Y N <br />MA� R70N <br />Notary Public <br />T e <br />!4y commission expires:,^ Z �� �1`, �, r <br />tJ <br />L J <br />
