Senff, husband and wife, <br />(" Trustor' , under that certain Deed of Trust dated May 30,_1986 . <br />( "Deed of Trust") to be entered into among Trustor, Josigh H. nadami <br />("Trustee") and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN <br />( "Beneficiary "), covering the following described property: <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the NW't of Section 4, Township 12 <br />North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., described as follows: <br />Referring to the Southwest Corner of said NWk then northerly along <br />and upon the West Line of said NV--t a distance of 30 feet; thence <br />easterly and parallel to the south line of said I\'fd% a distance of 243 <br />feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing easterly and parallel <br />to the South line of said NWk a distance of 208.71 feet; thence northerly <br />and parallel to the West line of said NW'-t a distance of 208.71 feet; <br />thence Westerly and parallel to the South line of said NW- a distance <br />of 208.71 feet; thence southerly and parallel to the West line of said <br />NWIt a distance of 208.71 feet to the point of beginning and containing <br />1.00 acre more or less. <br />hereby acknowledge that it is understood that (a) the Deed of Trust <br />to be executed by Trustor is a trust deed and not a mortgage and <br />(b) the power of sale provided for in the Deed of Trust provides <br />substantially different rights and obligations to the Trustor than a <br />mortgage in the event of a default or breach of obligation. <br />Trustor acknowledges that this Acknowledgement was made prior to <br />the execution of the Deed of Trust. <br />Executed and delivered this 30th day of May 19 86 <br />Trustor <br />Dennis M.
