HILL, Husband and Wife, <br />Grantor, whether one or more. <br />inconsidorationof One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideratiO4, <br />........................................................... receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to <br />SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT OF THE UNITED <br />STATES OF AMERICA, His Successors and Assigns, <br />Grantee, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Hill and Aleah J.
