<br />THIS DEED is made by
<br />ORVILLE BLAUHORN and DONALD FECHTNER
<br />as Personal Representatives of the Estate of Dora Fechtner,
<br />Deceased, Grantors, (whether one or more), to
<br />FAITH UNITED METHODIST CHURCH IN GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />Grantee, (whether one or more).
<br />WHEREAS, the last Will of Dora Fechtner, Deceased, was duly
<br />admitted to probate in the County Court of Merrick County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />WHEREAS, Grantors were duly appointed Personal
<br />Representatives of said estate and are now qualified and acting
<br />in said capacity;
<br />WHEREAS, Grantee has requested distribution in kind of said
<br />property rather than having the same sold by the Personal
<br />Representatives; and
<br />WHEREAS, Grantee is determined to be the person entitled to
<br />distribution of the hereinafter - described real roperty, and
<br />Grantors are authorized to distribute the same �o Grantee;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantors convey, assign, transfer and
<br />release to Grantee the following- described real property:
<br />The West Nineteen Feet (W191) of Lot Four (4) and
<br />the East Thirty - Eight Feet (E381) of Lot Five (5),
<br />in Block Three (3), in Morris Second Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island,,, Hall County, Nebraska
