<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Loren L. Pinkerman and Patricia A. Pinkerman,
<br />husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Graitors, for One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration as more
<br />fully set forth below, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey,
<br />and confirm unto Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, its
<br />successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as Grantee, the
<br />following described real property in Mall County, Nebraska, to
<br />wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8) , Block One (1) , WindolphIs
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to its successors and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />And the Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee
<br />and with Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantors are
<br />lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encum-
<br />brance except easements, covenants, and restrictions of record
<br />and except real estate taxes delinquent in 1986 and future years;
<br />that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey
<br />the same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to
<br />said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomso-
<br />ever.
<br />This deed is an absolute conveyance of title in effect
<br />as well as in form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust
<br />conveyance or security of any kind. The consideration therefor
<br />is the full release and discharge of all debts, notes, obliga-
<br />tions, costs, and charges heretofore subsisting on account of and
<br />by the terms of a certain mortgage executed by Loren L. Pinkerman
<br />and Patricia A. Pinkerman in the sum of $47,700.00, given to The
<br />Overland National Bank of Grand Island, and dated June 10, 1980,
<br />recorded June 10, 1980, as Document No. 80- 002631, and assigned
<br />to Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, now known as Nebraska Invest-
<br />ment Finance Authority, by the same document, the acceptance of
<br />this deed being in full satisfaction of said indebtedness as
<br />aforesaid, and terminating said mortgage.
<br />Dated this 14th day of April 1986.
