<br />that above recited, being full satisfaction of all obligations secured by the
<br />Mortgage executed by Rodney E:lizalde and Debo rah A. Ewoldt to Superior Mortgage,
<br />Inc., recorded as Dcicixnent No. 84- 003396, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and the Note secured thereby, which was assigned to Federal
<br />National Mortgage Association on _June 26, 1984, and filed on Tuly 5, 1984, and filed
<br />as Document No. 84- 003559. Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and
<br />fairly made, and there are no agreements, oral or written, or other than this Deed
<br />between Grantors and Grantee with respect to said land.
