DAHMS, being first duly sworn, deposes and states <br />those facts of which she has personal knowledge as set' forth <br />hereinbelow: <br />1. On March 2, 1986, Milton C. Dahms died a resident of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. As of the date of the death of said Milton C. Dahms, <br />Affiant was legally married to Milton C. Dahms and was a resident <br />of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. Affiant is the surviving joint tenant in a certain Deed <br />dated January 11, 1986, and recorded on January 17, 1986, as <br />Document No. 86- 100293 of the deed records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, pertaining to the following- described real estate, <br />to -wit: <br />Part of Lot Thirteen (13) of the County <br />Subdivision of the South Half of the South- <br />east Quarter (S }SL}) of Section Sixteen (16) <br />in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point <br />in the westerly line of said Lot Thirteen <br />(13) which lies forty (40) feet southerly <br />from its northwest corner, running thence <br />easterly and parallel with its northerly <br />line, one hundred three and three - fourths <br />(103 3/4) feet; thence southerly and parallel <br />with its westerly line, one hundred forty <br />(140) feet; thence westerly and parallel with <br />its northerly line, one hundred three and <br />three - fourths (103 3/4) feet, and thence <br />northerly along its westerly line, one <br />hundred forty (140) feet to the place of <br />beginning, being a rectangular piece of <br />ground having a northerly frontage of one <br />hundred three and three - fourths (103 3/4) <br />feet on Charles Street (which is now eighty <br />(80) feet in width) and a depth of one <br />hundred forty (140) feet. <br />4. Affiant is the surviving spouse of Milton C. Dahms and <br />all property owned by Milton C. Dahms was held in joint tenancy <br />with the Affiant. <br />S. The deceased, Milton C.
