86 -. 102718 <br />( DEED OF RECONVEYIINCE <br />This Deed, made this 27th day of May , 1986, <br />between John A. Wolf, Trustee; The First National Bank of Grand <br />Island, Grand island, Nebraska, Beneficiary; and Mark G. Becher <br />and Rose Ann K. Becher, Husband and Wife, Trustor(s). <br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order <br />to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable considera- <br />tion, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on October 26, 1982, <br />recorded in the office of the Clerk of the county of Hail <br />and identified as document number 82- 004626 , convey <br />to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real <br />estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Four (4) in Kay -Dee Sub - <br />divisinn. Located on a Part of the Southwest <br />Quarter (SW ;;) of the Southwest Quarter (SW<) <br />Section Twenty -One (21) Township Eleven (11) <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said <br />Trust Deed to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned <br />and described be now released to said Trustor(s). <br />Therefore, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, con- <br />vey and quitclaim unto said Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, <br />claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through <br />the above - described Trust Deed, together with all appurtenances <br />and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />JOHN 1'.
