<br />{$89,200.00), dated December 1, 1978 and filed for record December 4,
<br />1.978, in Document No. 78- 007963, of the Mortc;age Records of Hall

<br />covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against any act of
<br />said grantors or any other person claiming through or under it. The
<br />grantee hereby releases and -discharges any and all. liens and claims
<br />under and by virtue of the mortgage aforesaid for a deficiency judgment.
<br />The grantors further co, "enant that this conveyance is and does constitute
