a 86, 102658 designate in writing delivered or mailed to the Borrowers, in fifty -nine (59) monthly installments of Seven Hundred Ninety and 02/100 Dollars ( ;790.02) each, applied first to accrued interest and then to principal commencing on the 1st day of June, 1986, and continuing on the first day of each month thereafter, with a final payment of the then remaining principal balance, together with accrued interest, due and payable on the first day of May, 1991. 3. Except as specifically modified by this Modification and Extension Agreement, all other terms and provisions of the Deed of Trust Note dated June 1, 1984, previously executed by the Borrowers shall remain in full force and effect. 4. As additional consideration for this modification of terms for payment in respect_ to the remaining principal balance due in respect to the above - referenced Deed of Trust Note bearing the date of June 1, 1984, the Borrowers, Mark H. Stines and Carol N. Stines, agree to grant to Lender an Assignment of their Lease Agreement with The Prudential Insurance Company of America, dated February 24, 1986, in respect to that real estate known commonly as 1043 South Locust Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, and legally described as: The South Fifty and One -Half Feet (S 50.5') of the West Half (W}) of Lot Five (5) of Vantines Subdivision, located on part of the Northwest Quarter (NW}) of Section Twenty -Two (22), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a certain tract of ground more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 164, Page 19, of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; in respect to which real estate Borrowers have previously granted to Lender a Deed of Trust, dated June 1, 1984, which is recorded as Document No. 84- 002973 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. 5. All real estate mortgages, deeds of trust, assignments and security agreements heretofore granted by Borrowers to the Lender shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no manner be affected by this Modification and Extension Agreement and shall continue as security for the indebtedness extended and modified by this Agreement, as well as any future indebtedness owing from Borrowers to the Lender for future advances and renewals in respect to all sums owing from Borrowers to the Lender. 6. Borrowers further covenant to and with the Lender that they shall, and will, at any time, now or later, upon request, make, do, execute and deliver all such further and other acts, -2-
