a <br />86, 102658 <br />designate in writing delivered or mailed to the Borrowers, in <br />fifty -nine (59) monthly installments of Seven Hundred Ninety and <br />02/100 Dollars ( ;790.02) each, applied first to accrued interest <br />and then to principal commencing on the 1st day of June, 1986, <br />and continuing on the first day of each month thereafter, with a <br />final payment of the then remaining principal balance, together <br />with accrued interest, due and payable on the first day of May, <br />1991. <br />3. Except as specifically modified by this Modification <br />and Extension Agreement, all other terms and provisions of the <br />Deed of Trust Note dated June 1, 1984, previously executed by the <br />Borrowers shall remain in full force and effect. <br />4. As additional consideration for this modification of <br />terms for payment in respect_ to the remaining principal balance <br />due in respect to the above - referenced Deed of Trust Note bearing <br />the date of June 1, 1984, the Borrowers, Mark H. Stines and <br />Carol N. Stines, agree to grant to Lender an Assignment of their <br />Lease Agreement with The Prudential Insurance Company of America, <br />dated February 24, 1986, in respect to that real estate known <br />commonly as 1043 South Locust Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br />legally described as: <br />The South Fifty and One -Half Feet (S 50.5') <br />of the West Half (W}) of Lot Five (5) of <br />Vantines Subdivision, located on part of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW}) of Section Twenty -Two <br />(22), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal <br />Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting <br />therefrom a certain tract of ground more <br />particularly described in Warranty Deed <br />recorded in Book 164, Page 19, of the Deed <br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska; <br />in respect to which real estate Borrowers have previously granted <br />to Lender a Deed of Trust, dated June 1, 1984, which is recorded <br />as Document No. 84- 002973 in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />5. All real estate mortgages, deeds of trust, assignments <br />and security agreements heretofore granted by Borrowers to the <br />Lender shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no <br />manner be affected by this Modification and Extension Agreement <br />and shall continue as security for the indebtedness extended and <br />modified by this Agreement, as well as any future indebtedness <br />owing from Borrowers to the Lender for future advances and <br />renewals in respect to all sums owing from Borrowers to the <br />Lender. <br />6. Borrowers further covenant to and with the Lender that <br />they shall, and will, at any time, now or later, upon request, <br />make, do, execute and deliver all such further and other acts, <br />-2- <br />
