<br />requested, postpage prepaid, and upon the Hall County Treasurer,
<br />Administration Building, Grand Island, Nebraska, on April 9,
<br />1986;
<br />5. GRANTOR published Notice of Trustee's Sale, to be held
<br />on May 16, 1986, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the lower lobby of the
<br />Courthouse in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which Notice
<br />was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, once a week for .`ive (5) consecutive weeks,
<br />commencing on April 7, 1986, and ending May 5, 1986. The last
<br />publication of notice was at least ten (10) days prior to the
<br />Trustee's Sale, held on May 16, 1986, and said sale was not later
<br />than thirty (30) days after the last publication of notice.
<br />6. GRANTOR conducted the sale of the real property at
<br />public auction on May 16, 1986, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the
<br />lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska. GRANTOR accepted the bid of Federal National Mortgage
<br />Association, in the sum of Fifty Six Thousand Five Hundred Thirty
<br />S;x Dollars and Thirteen Cents, ($56,536.13) as the highest bid
<br />upon said real property. GRANTOR has complied with the require-
<br />ments of the above - referenced Deed of Trust and the requirements
<br />of Nebraska Statutes, Section 76 -1001 through Section 76 -1018, in
<br />the exercise of the sale of the real property described herein at
<br />the Trustee's Sale held on May 16, 1986.
<br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the GRANTEE, without
<br />right of redemption, the GRANTOR'S title and all right, title,
<br />interest, and claim of the TrUStors, and their successors in
<br />interest and of all persons claiming by, through or under it, in
<br />and to the above- described real property, including all such
<br />right, title, interest, and claim in and to such property
<br />acquired by the Trustors or their successors in interest
<br />subsequent to the exe—ition of the Deed of Trust.
<br />This Deed is subject to all easements, restrictions or
<br />covenants reC0rd which GRANTOR is not entitled L convey
<br />pursuant to Nebraska Statute Section 76- 1010(2)
