<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority, formerly known as the Nebraska
<br />Mortgage Finance Fund, is Plaintiff, and William F. Hicken and
<br />Kimberly S. Hicken, husband and wife. -t .il., are Defendants, the
<br />object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the
<br />Defendants, William F. Hicken and Kimberly S. Hicken, husband and
<br />wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain Mortgage
<br />executed by William F. Hicken and Kimberly S. Hicken, husband and
<br />wife, to Commercial National Bank & Trust Company, dated April
<br />24, 1981, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on April 24, 1981, as Document No. 81-
<br />002041, which Mortgage was assigned to Nebraska Mortgage Finance
<br />Fund, now known as the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, on
<br />April 23, 1981, and recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 24, 1981, as Document
<br />No. 81- 002043, wherein William F Hicken and Kimberly S. Hicken,
<br />husband and wife, Conveyed to Plaintiff the following described
<br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Six (6), Block Eleven (11), Original
<br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska

<br />o :obtain a foreclosure of the Mortgage and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of William F. Hicken and Kimberly
<br />S. Hicken, husband and wife, and the real estate and appurten-
<br />ances thereto, tc have the real estate and appurtenances sold to
<br />satisfy the amount so found due together with the costs of suit,
<br />and to foreclose the Defendants of all right, title, interest,
<br />lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption whatever in and to
<br />the real estate and appurtenances thereto, together with such
<br />other and further relief as th:° Court may deem just and
<br />equitable.
