<br />Company, Plaintiff, filed its Petition and action in the Distri.t Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, against, Michael T. Bostick and Sandra K. Bostick, husband
<br />and wife; First American Title Insurance Company, Trustee; Security Pacific
<br />Finance Corporation, Beneficiary; and John Doe and Mari; Doe, Real Names Unknown,
<br />the object and prayer of which was to foreclose a pertain mortgage of $40,50.00
<br />on the following described real estate, to -wit:

<br />Commencing at the•Nort,hwest Corner of Lot 4, Fairacres Subdivision,
<br />located on part of the SW." of Section 3, Township 11 North, Range
<br />West of the 6th P.M., running thence E 212' along the N line of said
<br />Lot 4, thence S 204' parallel with the W line of said Lot 4, thence
<br />W 212' parallel with the N line of said Lot 4, thence N 204' on the
<br />W line of said Lot 4 to the place of Beginning, Hail County, Nebraska,
<br />a /k /a RR 3, Box 6, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801,
<br />given by the Defendants, Michael T. Bostick and Sandra K. Bostick on Juiy 1
<br />1980 to Mortgage Pius, Inc., which Mortgage was duly filed of record in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on July 1, 1980 as
<br />Document No. 80- 003157. Said Mortgage was subsequently assigned by Mortgage
<br />Plus, Inc. to the Plaintiff, formerly known as First Denver Mortgage Company,
<br />by a written instrument filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on April il, 1986 as Document No. 86- 101759.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Mortgage and Note the
<br />principal sum of $39,386.33 plus authorized advances and interest at the rate
<br />provided in the Note and Mortgage until the same are paid in full. Plaintiff
<br />prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount
<br />found due on its Mortgage, together with interest and the costs of this action..
