Marshall, President <br />and representative of Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, <br />as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated September 7, 1984 executed <br />by William M. Spanel and Michelle M. Spanel, as Trustors, in <br />which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County, Nebraska, <br />as Document No. 84- 004794, and <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points <br />Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey re- <br />citing that the obligation secured by such Deed of Trust has <br />been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey <br />the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the <br />provisions of such Deed of Trust and the Nebraska Trust Deeds <br />Act, the undersigned,• as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without <br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate <br />now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following de- <br />scribed real property: <br />Lot Nineteen (19), Block One (1), Sothman's Subdivision to <br />the Citv of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed <br />of Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, on May " , 1986. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK <br />Trustee <br />By: - <br />STATE OF :NEBRASKA ) <br />ss <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me <br />on May 1-3 , 1986 by William W.
