<br />IN CONSIDEYATI01( of the payment of Twenty -one Thousand Dollars
<br />($21,000.00), Rite Way Oil & Gas Company, Inc., formerly known as Clugston-
<br />Ekwall Oil Company, Inc., hereby releases the mortgage made to Robert J.
<br />Eckerdt and Thelma L. Eckerdt, by Jerry W. Bowden and Sandra K. Bowden,
<br />Husband and Wife, on the following described real estate situated in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Eighteen (18), in
<br />Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />which is recorded in Book 165 of Real Estate Mortgages, Page 650, of the
<br />records of Hall County, Nebraska, which mortgage was thereafter assigned to
<br />Clugston - Ekwall Oil Company, Inc. by Thelma L. Eckerdt, surviving widow of
<br />Robert J. Eckerdt, deceased, and sole heir, devisee and legatee of the estate
<br />of Robert J. Eckerdt, deceased, which assignment is recorded as document no.
<br />76- 004432 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska.
