L <br />9G-mi ` 102467 <br />Development Agency, together with the final plans for said <br />redevelopment approved by the Community Development Agency and <br />the chief building official of the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. <br />2. Grantees shall begin construction of the improvements <br />on the Premises within six (6) months from the date of this deed <br />of conveyance, and said construction shall be completed within <br />one (1) year from the date of this deed unless completion time is <br />waived by the Director of the Community Development Agency as a <br />result of acts or conditions beyond the control of the Grantees. <br />The access driveway to the existing dwelling shall be deemed <br />completed as of the date that the Director of Community <br />Development Agency finally examines the Premises and finds it to <br />meet the requirements of the plans and specifications proposed, <br />submitted, and approved for the development pursuant to the Urban <br />Renewal Plan and the Community Development Plan for the project. <br />3. Grantees shall not discriminate upon the basis of race, <br />color, religion, sex, or national origin in the construction, <br />sale, lease, rental, use or occupancy of the premises in the <br />project. <br />4. Grantees shall not, prior to the completion of the <br />improvements on the premises, as certified by the Director of the <br />Community Development Agency, sell, assign, contract to sell, or- <br />in any manner convey the premises or any interest therein without <br />the prior written approval of the Director of the Community <br />Development Agency. Any successor in interest of Grantees shall <br />be bound by the provisions of this deed. <br />4 <br />
