L 9G-mi ` 102467 Development Agency, together with the final plans for said redevelopment approved by the Community Development Agency and the chief building official of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. 2. Grantees shall begin construction of the improvements on the Premises within six (6) months from the date of this deed of conveyance, and said construction shall be completed within one (1) year from the date of this deed unless completion time is waived by the Director of the Community Development Agency as a result of acts or conditions beyond the control of the Grantees. The access driveway to the existing dwelling shall be deemed completed as of the date that the Director of Community Development Agency finally examines the Premises and finds it to meet the requirements of the plans and specifications proposed, submitted, and approved for the development pursuant to the Urban Renewal Plan and the Community Development Plan for the project. 3. Grantees shall not discriminate upon the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in the construction, sale, lease, rental, use or occupancy of the premises in the project. 4. Grantees shall not, prior to the completion of the improvements on the premises, as certified by the Director of the Community Development Agency, sell, assign, contract to sell, or- in any manner convey the premises or any interest therein without the prior written approval of the Director of the Community Development Agency. Any successor in interest of Grantees shall be bound by the provisions of this deed. 4
