That the Stipulations for Settlement filed herein be incorporated into this Decree as though fully set out herein and, as so incorporated, are hereby ordered.1 2. That title to the following described real estate be quieted in David Brown and Robert Brown and that all other parties to this action be barred and forever foreclosed of any claim of right, title or interest therein, to -wit: A tract of land being part of Government Lot 9, part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE 1/4 SE 1/4) and part of Government Lot 10 and part accretions abutting Lot 9 on the North and part accretions abutting Government Lot 10 on the South and all being located in Section Thirty -one (31), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and all more particularly described as follows: Referring to the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 31 and assuming the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter as bearing S 03' 39' 10" E and all bearings contained herein are relative thereto; thence S 03° 39' 10" E and on the East line of said Section 31 a distance of 1639.0 feet to a point on the existing North bank of the North channel of the Platte River; thence continuing S 03' 39' 10" E a distance of 127.8 -feet to a point on the existing thread of the South channel of the Platte River; thence S 54' 49' 44" W and upstream on the aforesaid thread of the stream a distance of 421.02 feet to a point of intersection of an existing fence; thence N 020 47' 31" W and on the aforesaid fence line a distance of 224.54 feet to a point on the existing North bank of the South channel of the Platte River; thence N 00' 10' 45" E and on the aforesaid fence line a distance of 403.13 feet; thence continuing N 00' 52' 42" E and on the aforesaid fence line a distance of 2219.64 feet to a point on the existing South bank of the North channel of the Platte River and on the North end of said fence; thence continuing N 00' 52' 42" E and on the line of the aforesaid fence line produced a distance of 406.49 feet to the point of intersection of the existing geographical centerline of the North channel of the Platte River; thence downstream and on the aforesaid. centerline of said channel N 68' 19' 28" E a distance of 2 Lj I
