NOTICE OF INSTALIkl %TP SALES CONTRACT 86-- 102438 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESETM that on the 13 day of May, 1986, an <br />Installment Sales Contract was entered into by and tween THELMA RASMUSSEN, a <br />single person, SELLER, and COUNTRY CLUB HOLDING ASSOCIATION, A Corporation, <br />BUYER, for the sale and conveyance of the following- described real property <br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (NEkSFAi) of Section Twenty -Eight (28), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. in Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of said NEhSE4, said point <br />being One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy -Three and Eighty -Five <br />Hundredths (1,273.85) feet south of the northwest corner of R.
