<br />MICHAEL F. RASCIIKO and LAURINE R. RASQiKO, Husband and Wife, whether one or
<br />more, herein called the Mortgagor, and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as
<br />follows:
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate mortgage
<br />dated March 2, 1981, and recorded on March 9, 1981, as Document No. 81- 0011.35 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall. County, Nebrsaka, in consideration of a
<br />certain mortgage note for $60,000.00, a valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor,
<br />and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon shall
<br />be due accroding to the terms of the aforementioned real- estate mortgage, modified
<br />and payable in the following manner:
<br />A mortgage note dated Barth 2, 1981., on which a principal
<br />balance of $58,112.99 now remains unpaid, will be repaid in
<br />*35* monthly payments of 5642.81, applied first to interest,
<br />balance to principal, beginning on June 1, 1986, and
<br />continuing on the 1st day of each month, until. May 1, 1989,
<br />when the entire unpaid principal balance plus accrued interest
<br />will be fully due and payable.
<br />The interest rate on the mortgage note will be decreased to
<br />10.500; effective May 1, 1986.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original real estate
<br />mortgage dated March 2, 1981, shall remain the same, and this Modification
<br />Agreement is made a part of the original real estate mortgage by reference and
<br />shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
