N 86- 102377 PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT 86 r'0f'W"0303 1 L COUNTY OF HALL, a body politic, in the State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of One and no /100 DOLLAR, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the promises of the Grantee herein contained, hereby grants and conveys unto the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASICA, a municipal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and re- move public utilities, including but not limited to, sanitary sewers, storm drainage system, manholes, surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, in, and through a tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NWP. NEa) of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection between the East right- of -wav line of Independence Avenue and the South line of Sunset Seventh Subdivision; thence running easterly along the South line of Sunset Seventh Subdivision for a distance of seven hundred eighty -five and sixteen hundredths (785.16) feet; thence running southerly along the (lest line of the Baptist Temple Subdivision for a distance of eight (8) feet; thence running westerly along a line parallel to the South line of Sunset Seventh Subdivision for a distance of seven hundred eighty - five and sixteen hundredths (785.16) feet; thence running northerly along the East right -of -way line of Independence Avenue for a distance of eight (8) feet to the point of beginning, said tract contain- ing 6,281 square feet (0.144 acres), more or less, L J n __j �z
