F <br />F <br />EASEMENT 86--, " 102344 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that ROBERT J. SAMUELSON and <br />MARLENE K. SAMUELSON, his spouse, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Grantors ", for valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, grant and convey <br />unto DOUBLE EAGLE, INC., a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Grantee ", and to all parties claiming through the <br />Grantee, a perpetual easement and right -of -way over, across, <br />through, upon and under the following- described real estate, <br />to -wit: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW}) of Section Twenty - <br />Four (24), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: Beginning at a point on the North <br />line of said Northwest Quarter (NW}), said <br />point being 342.00 feet West of the Northeast <br />corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW}); <br />thence running southerly, parallel to the <br />East line of said Northwest Quarter (NW}) a <br />distance of 245.00 feet; thence running <br />westerly parallel to the North line of said <br />Northwest Quarter (NW}) a distance of 230.00 <br />feet; thence running northerly, parallel to <br />the East line of said Northwest Quarter (NW}) <br />a distance of 245.00 feet to a point on the <br />North line of said Northwest Quarter (NW}); <br />thence running easterly along the North line <br />of said Northwest Quarter (NW}) a distance of <br />230.00 feet to the point of beginning and <br />containing 1.29 acres more or less. <br />Said easement is for the purpose of installing, maintaining, <br />repairing and replacing an underground sanitary sewer line. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee, its <br />successors and assigns and all parties claiming through the <br />Grantee as appurtenant to the land and every part thereof, <br />forever; and the Grantors hereby dedictate their respective <br />interests in said real estate to the use of the Grantee, its <br />successors, assigns and all parites claiming through the <br />Grantors.
