r <br />_.. 192329 <br />1 NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />2 <br />3 Notice of default is given on this L-LZ day of May, <br />4 1986, by Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the procedure <br />set forth in a certain Deed of Trust and promissory note dated <br />5 June 24, 1983, wherein t'ICHAEL J. MURPHY AND JANET L. MURPHY, are <br />6 designated as Trustors- Borrowers, JOSEPH H. BADAMI is designated <br />7 as Trustee, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />LINCOLN, a United States corporation, is designated as Beneficiarv- <br />8 Lender. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the Register <br />9 of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 27, 1983, in <br />Document No. 83- 003376. Said Deed of Trust grants to Joseph H. <br />10 Badami, Trustee, the power of sale over the following described <br />11 property: <br />12 Lot Seventeen (17), Block Three (3), in Lake <br />13 Davis Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />14 Further Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, states that the said <br />15 Trustors- Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of <br />16 Trust and accompany promissory note by failing to pay the monthly <br />installments of principal and interest of $757.00 for the months <br />17 of May, June, July, August, September, October, November and <br />18 December, 1985 and January, February, A "arch, April and !?ay, 1986, <br />19 as agreed upon in said promissory note. P.s a result of this <br />breach, said Trustee, Joseph H.
