<br />in the Mortgage Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of liall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said borrower has requested an extension of time of payment until September 1, 19$9
<br />19 , and has agreed to pay interest at the rate of 11.50 % per annum on the unpaid balance
<br />and said Bank has consented to so extend the time of payment:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE IT IS AGREED by and between the parties that the above - described mortgage/
<br />deed of trust and original promissory note shall be modified to provide for payment to be as
<br />follows:
