<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Western
<br />Securities Company, is Plaintiff, and Patrick O. O'Neill and
<br />Christine C. O'Neill, husband and wife, et al., are Defendants,
<br />the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from
<br />the Defendants, Patrick 0. O'Neill and Christine C. O'Neill,
<br />husband and wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain
<br />Mortgage executed by Patrick 0. O'Neill and Christine C. O'Neill,
<br />husband and wife, to Superior Mortgage, Inc., dated October 9,
<br />1981, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on October 31, 1981, as Document No. 81- 005234,
<br />which Mortgage was assigned to BI Mortgage Company on October 12,
<br />1981, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on November 5, 1981, as Document No. 81- 005589,
<br />and subsequently assigned to 1•Jestern Securities Company on May
<br />19, 1982, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on June 21, 1982, as Document No. 82-
<br />002465, wherein Patrick 0_ O'Neill and Christine C. O'Neill,
<br />husband and wife, conveyed to Plaintiff the following described
<br />real estate in Hail County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Fifty One (51), Potash Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Mortgage and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Patrick 0. O'Neill and
<br />Christine C. O'Neill, husband and wife, and the real estate and
<br />appurtenances thereto, to have the real estate and appurtenances
<br />sold to satisfy the amount so found due together with the costs
<br />of suit, and to foreclose the Defendant of all. right, title,
<br />interest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption whatever
<br />in and to the real. estate and appurtenances thereto, together
<br />with such other and Further relief as the Court may deem ?ust and
<br />equitable.
