<br />JOHN A. WAGONER, - Personal Representative of the-Estate of
<br />ESTHER LEONA MAGNUSON, Deceased, pursuant to Authority of the
<br />County Court of Hall County. Nebraska, pursuant to 30- 2476(23) of
<br />the Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration of TWENTY -ONE THOUSAND
<br />AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($21,000.00) received from Grantee, does grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the County of Hall. State
<br />of Nebraska, Grantee (whether one or more), the following
<br />described real property.
<br />A Part of Fractional Lot 8, in Block 91 of the Original
<br />Town of Grand Island, Nebraska. described as follows,
<br />to -wit: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said
<br />Fractional Lot 8, Thence running Westerly along the
<br />Northerly line of said Lot 8, 66 Feet, to the Westerly
<br />line of said Lot. thence running Southerly along the
<br />Westerly line of said Lot 8, to the North line of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /4) of Section 15, Township 11,
<br />North, of Range 9, West of the 6th P. H., also known as
<br />the North line of Lot 2, of Westerveit's Subdivision of
<br />a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 114) of said Section
<br />15, thence running in a Northeasterly direction until a
<br />line at right angles the length of 66 Feet, more or less,
<br />intersects with the Easterly line of said Fractional Lot
<br />8, of said Block 91, thence running Northerly along said
<br />Easterly line of said Lot 8, to the place of beginning,
<br />and also a strip of ground described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Fractional
<br />Lot 8, above described, thence Southwesterly along the
<br />North line of said Lot, 66 Feet, thence Northwesterly
<br />at right angles eight (8) Feet to the Center line of
<br />what was formerly the alley between Lot One (1) and said
<br />Fractional Lot 8, thence Northeasterly 66 Feet along the
<br />Center line of said former alley to the Easterly line of
<br />said Block 91, thence at right angles Southeasterly to
<br />the place of beginning,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all
<br />the estate, right. title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of
<br />said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described is
<br />free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for
<br />taxes levied against the Estate of ESTHER LEONA MAGNUSON,
<br />Deceased.
