State <br />of Nebraska, Grantee (whether one or more), the following <br />described real property. <br />A Part of Fractional Lot 8, in Block 91 of the Original <br />Town of Grand Island, Nebraska. described as follows, <br />to -wit: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said <br />Fractional Lot 8, Thence running Westerly along the <br />Northerly line of said Lot 8, 66 Feet, to the Westerly <br />line of said Lot. thence running Southerly along the <br />Westerly line of said Lot 8, to the North line of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /4) of Section 15, Township 11, <br />North, of Range 9, West of the 6th P.
