86, 142260 <br />LIS PENDENS <br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Commercial <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, is plaintiff <br />and Russell D. Evans, et al, are the defendants, the object and <br />prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said defendants <br />of the amount due plaintiff on the mortgage dated the 22nd day of <br />February, 1980, and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, <br />Hall County, Nebraska on the 27th day of February, 1980, as <br />Document No. 80- 000829, wherein Russell D. Evans and Kathleen S. <br />Evans mortgaged and conveyed to plaintiff the following described <br />real estate situated in Hall. County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Fourteen (14), Hawthorne Place, an Addition to <br />the City of Grand.Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same <br />declared a lien upon the interest of Russell D.
