<br />supplies, inventory and tangible personal prop-
<br />erty of every kind and description, except motor
<br />vehicles; and
<br />3. all authorizations, franchises,
<br />licenses, and permits issued or granted to or
<br />acquired by the Debtor from any federal, state
<br />or local governmental authority or agency, and
<br />4. all goods which are or are to
<br />become fixtures; and
<br />5. all contract rights, insurance
<br />proceeds and general intangibles of the Debtor;
