<br />RANDY W. HUIBREGISE and LORETTA L. HUIBREGISE, Husband and Wife
<br />is Trustor, and R. C. Johnson is Trustee, which Trust Deed was dated
<br />the 28th day of May 19 85 , and recorded the
<br />28th day of May , 19 85 , in 86/dX Document No. 85- 002552 ,
<br />P/4!914( , of the tlORTGAGE Records of HALL ,
<br />County, NEBRASKA and all its right, title and interest to the property therein
<br />described, as follows, -to -wit:
<br />LOT SIXTEEN (16), IN BLOCK FIFTEEN (15) IN ASHTON PALCE, AN ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money
<br />due or to become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only
<br />to -the provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the CREATIVE FINANCING, INC., a corporation, has
<br />caused this Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its Vice President,
<br />and attested by its Assistant Secretary, and its corporate seal to be
