<br />SHORT TERM IRREVOCABLE TRUST

<br />THIS TRUST AGREEMENT made as of the 15th day of January,
<br />1985, between BLANCHE E. BATIE, Pt'rsonal Representative of the
<br />EDWARD L. BATIE ESTA'T'E, of Hall County, Nebraska, and WILLIAM
<br />A. BATIE, of Centralia, Washington, said BATIES being herein-
<br />after jointly and collectively called the GRANTORS, and WILLIAM
<br />PACKER, of Wood River, Nebraska, hereinafter called the TRUSTEE.
<br />I. TRUST PROPERTY. The GRANTORS, simultaneously with
<br />the execution of this AGREEMENT, do execute in favor of, and de-
<br />liver to, said TRUSTEE, their Warranty Deed to the following-
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The North !Half of the Southeast. Quarter
<br />(N'',SE -''.) , of Sect ion Fifteen (1 5) , 'Town-
<br />ship 'Fen (10), North, Range Eleven (11),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, together with all improvements
<br />and appurtenances thereunto belonging;
<br />which real property is to be held in trust by said TRUS "FEE for
<br />the uses and purposes and upon the terms and conditions herein -
<br />after provided
<br />2. IRREVOCAB1L1TY. fhis TRUST, under this instrument,
<br />is irrevocable, and the GRANTORS hereby surrender all right and
<br />power to amend, alter, ruodii , terminate or revoke this agree-
<br />ment, or any part of the same.
<br />3. DISPOSYIIVL PROVISIONS. 'Ihe TRUSTEE shall hold,
<br />manage, and invest and reinvest the trust property, and shall
<br />collect the income and shall dispose of, apply and distribute
<br />the net income and priccipal 01 Lhe trust property, after deduct-
<br />ing all necessary expenses incidental to the adalinistration of
<br />this trust, in the foliowing manner:
